Chad P., PT, DPT, has a clinical doctorate in physical therapy and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer and and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With a background in strength and conditioning and having worked with Division 1 and world-class athletes, Chad brings extensive experience in sports medicine, athletic training, and sports injuries to his practice. He has specialized training in manual therapy and manipulation for the treatment of spinal dysfunction and the extremities, as well as additional training in the evaluation and treatment of low back, neck, shoulder, and knee pain. Chad is also specially trained in golf rehabilitation which involves proper biomechanics, swing mechanics, and common swing faults that can lead to injury can facilitate the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of golf related injuries.
Using a pathoanatomical approach to evaluation, he looks to not only identify the source of the pain but also to address dysfunctional areas that have contributed to the exacerbation of the patient’s pain. In doing so, the true reason behind the pain and dysfunction is identified, and the prevention of future exacerbations can be minimized.
When Chad is not working hard to help you achieve your results and help you return to the game of life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending their sporting events, coaching, and simply enjoying life.
