Madison A., PT, DPT. I’m a physical therapist with a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and post-surgical care. Growing up as a three-sport athlete, triathlete, and lifter, I developed a lifelong appreciation for movement, performance, and the process of recovery. After facing my own injuries and spending time in rehab, I knew I wanted to be part of that journey for others—helping people return not just to full function, but to the activities they love. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Sacred Heart University in 2019 and went on to complete my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2022.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked at New Hampshire Orthopedic Center, where I specialized in post-operative care. I collaborated closely with surgeons to develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from procedures like ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, and joint replacements. Through this experience, I’ve seen the powerful impact of guided rehab in helping people rebuild strength, confidence, and independence. As I continue to grow in my career, I’m expanding my focus into sports rehabilitation. My goal is to bridge the gap between injury recovery and return to sport—helping athletes safely transition back to their sport or active lifestyle while minimizing the risk of re-injury. Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or simply someone who wants to move better, I’m here to support your goals.

Outside the clinic, I love hiking, skiing and generally spending time outdoors. Being in nature helps me recharge, and I encourage my patients to find what brings them the same sense of balance and energy. I believe movement is powerful, and I’m committed to helping each person I work with move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.
