Domenic., PT, DPT, CSCS joined MVPT in August of 2024 after earning a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England. He is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and is currently working towards becoming a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. He is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has experience coaching athletes at the collegiate level. Currently, he designs the strength and conditioning program for the baseball team at Southern Maine Community College and works with clients, including former patients, 1:1 as a personal trainer.
Domenic specializes in the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and fall risk prevention. He has a particular interest in post operative management and sports-based injuries. His treatment style is the culmination of his experience working in both clinical and athletic performance-based settings, as he utilizes a combination of manual techniques and exercise prescription to manage symptoms and optimize function.
Domenic is originally from Boston, MA but has called Maine is home since 2020. When he is not working with patients or clients, you can find him spending time with his wife and son, strength training or watching any one of Boston’s sports teams.
