PT, DPT
Location: MVPT Physical Therapy – East Longmeadow, MA
Graciana S., PT, DPT, earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from American International College through an accelerated 6-year program. In addition to her doctoral degree, she also received a Bachelor of Health Science and a minor in Exercise Science. Her lifelong passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle naturally led her to a career in physical therapy. Having played sports throughout her life and experienced physical therapy firsthand following a personal injury, she developed a deep appreciation for the field. She was particularly drawn to the diverse settings in which physical therapists can make a meaningful impact.
With a strong desire to support others, she finds fulfillment in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys – celebrating both small and significant milestones along the way. She has clinical experience across a range of settings, including an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Worcester, a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke, and acute care at Holyoke Medical Center. Her clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation and balance disorders, as well as both orthopedic and neurologic disorders. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their Pitbull puppy. Her weekends are often filled with quality time with family, and she finds joy in cooking, reading and staying active in the gym.
