Lynn graduated from Ithaca College in 1978 with her degree in Physical Therapy and earned her National Certification in Athletic Training the following year in 1979. Lynn has more than 37 years of experience in the healthcare field. She began her physical therapy career in pediatrics while serving as a volunteer high school athletic trainer for various teams. She started her sports medicine management career at Cornell University in 1981, where she was the Supervisor of the Physical Therapy Department. Lynn moved to Syracuse, NY, in 1986 to open Onondaga Sports Medicine Center, a sports medicine-focused outpatient rehabilitation center. It then Joined HealthSouth under a management contract in 1994, where her responsibilities grew from managing two locations in Central New York to more than 50 locations across the state by 2000. She then founded Sports Physical Therapy of New York, PC, after HealthSouth’s management agreement terminated on July 1, 2005.
Lynn received the CEO/President, Outstanding Mentor, Successful Business Women Award in September 2016.She was a recipient of the CEO/President, Key Bank’s 2017 Achieve for Women Award in October 2017.
Outside work, she enjoys being with her family, volunteering, watching her husband’s football team, reading, and playing golf.
