Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch joined Cypress Health Partners (CHP) as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2023. Prior to CHP, his career has been in various financial leadership roles for consumer-oriented businesses. Michael served as CFO for VetCor, a veterinary management company for 3 years, Au Bon Pain, a restaurant company for 8 years and 4 years at Footstar, a footwear and apparel retailer/wholesale company. Michael has also worked in various financial roles at American Express, Sony Corporation of America, General Mills and Arthur Andersen. He has also taught finance and accounting courses at Clark University, Providence College, and Stonehill College.

Michael earned his B.A. Degree in Economics/Accounting from the College of Holy Cross and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey.

He and his wife, Julie, reside in Needham, MA with their four children and 2 Shih Tzu’s – Hazel and Pepper. Michael and Julie are actively involved with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Jimmy Fund.
