Aimee adds to our team 27 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. As a native of NH, growing up in Claremont and being active in sports she took up an interest in the field after an injury of her own that required PT. She has since focused her career mostly in outpatient ortho providing PT to clients of any age with various orthopedic conditions including post surgical rehab, sports and work injuries. She has successfully developed and implemented a pre-season injury prevention program for middle and high school athletes . She has also worked in acute rehab, inpatient and skilled nursing facilities, and was a rehab director but has always come back to her love for outpatient ortho and sports med.
Aimee uses a variety of skills including soft tissue and joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, and is certified in Graston Technique. She has attended many continuing ed courses focused on sports and the throwing athlete. She has also become a Level one CrossFit instructor to help her understand and treat the higher level athlete and general population who want to improve above and beyond. She is looking forward to expanding her knowledge with the athletic population within our community.
Outside of being a PT, she is a mom of 2 very active girls who are also athletic. She enjoys running, strength and conditioning, going to the beach, spending time with her 2 dogs and chasing her 2 children from one athletic event to another.
