Alex has expertise in strength and conditioning, balance/vestibular issues, and manual therapy. He specializes in low back pain, sports/weightlifting injuries, chronic pain, and vestibular/balance issues. Alex enjoys working with patients of all ages and levels of fitness to get his patients back to doing what they love.
Alex got into Physical Therapy from a combination of personal injuries and rehabilitation, a love of biology, and helping others. Alex also worked as a Physical Therapist in Lake Placid in the summer after earning his Doctorate.
Alex is an Adirondack 46er, so he spends a lot of time in the summer in the Adirondacks with his wife hiking and camping. He is also an avid weightlifter and reader (primarily fiction) and enjoys playing complex board games with friends and family.
