Carrington earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Russell Sage College after completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Biology at Russell Sage College. He is a U.S. Army Veteran and has a passion for helping both current and former military personnel. He has a history of playing organized sports, specifically flag and contact football, and enjoys helping athletes of all types and ages return to play.
Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, tennis, pickleball, running, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog. He has currently participated in two Spartan Races and plans to complete more in the future as well as Ragnar Relay races. Carrington volunteers weekly at his church youth group mentoring 7th-12th graders and is excited to educate his younger patients on injury prevention, muscle strengthening, and rehabilitation!
