Christopher F., PT, DPT, OCS, grew up in Syracuse, NY where he graduated from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2014 and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with high honors. He successfully completed an orthopedic residency through Evidence In Motion (EIM) in 2016 and became a board-certified specialist in orthopedics in 2017. He is also a certified ASTYM provider and Sole Supports Custom Foot Orthotics provider as well as a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Christopher was originally exposed to the field of physical therapy through firsthand experience as a patient seen by multiple physical therapists throughout high school and college. These experiences planted a seed of interest in the profession that grew over the years through summer internships and eventually culminated in a love for the profession as he began and completed his coursework and clinical rotations through SUNY Upstate Medical University. Christopher is committed to providing evidence-based treatments for his patients while at the same time empowering them to manage and take responsibility for their own wellbeing and physical function. He is also passionate about investing in the next generation of young therapists as a clinical instructor for SUNY Upstate PT students.
Christopher is a member of Mission Church in Syracuse, NY where he serves as a small group leader helping and encouraging others to know and represent Jesus as they live faithful lives of worship. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, woodworking, and picnics at local parks and lakes.
