Christopher N., PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist and research leader with a passion for advancing patient care through science and innovation. He earned his Physical Therapy degree and a PhD in Biomechanics, driven by a deep curiosity about how the human body moves and heals. Christopher’s clinical and research interests focus on rehabilitation, particularly understanding how our body undergoes repair from injury or overuse. His work aims to translate these insights into more effective therapies for individuals with a range of conditions. He is also deeply involved in supporting translational research initiatives, helping teams navigate the path from discovery to clinical impact.
Before stepping into his current roles in an academic medical center, Christopher worked extensively in both academic and clinical settings, where he combined hands-on patient care with cutting-edge research. His collaborative approach and commitment to mentorship have made him a trusted advisor to students, clinicians, and scientists alike. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys hiking, playing and watching sports with his kids, and traveling with family. He believes that building strong, trusting relationships is at the heart of great patient care and scientific progress. A message to patients: “I want you to know that I see you as a partner in your care. My goal is to help you move forward—literally and figuratively—with confidence and clarity.”
