Dominique M., PT, DPT, Clinic Manager


Dominique received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Maine while also skating for the NCAA Division I Women’s Ice Hockey team. Dominique worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor while pursuing her dream of becoming a Physical Therapist. She attended Western Kentucky University and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016. 

Areas of clinical focus that Dominique offers include aquatic therapy, acute and chronic spine related injuries, sports related injuries, pre-&post-surgical care, orthotics, as well as manual skills such as Dry Needling and Graston/Instrumental assisted soft tissue mobilization. Dominique understands that medical education is an ongoing process and, as such, continues to seek advanced training in many areas.  

Dominique is committed to establishing a strong rapport with her patients to ensure they have the best outcome and leave with more knowledge and confidence in how to continue managing the condition that brought her patients to her care. 

Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Dominique resides in Maine with her husband, their two sons, and their sporting Cocker Spaniel. Away from the office, Dominique enjoys playing hockey, traveling, most outdoor activities, and keeping up with her favorite sports teams.
