Heather C.
PT, MSPT
Location: MVPT Physical Therapy – Penfield, NY
Heather C., PT, MSPT graduated from Nazareth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
Heather fell in love with physical therapy after volunteering in a physical therapy clinic in high school, where she discovered the joy of helping others feel better and embraced her passion of wanting to help other athletes. Heather has now worked in the Rochester area in private practice outpatient setting for over 20 years and is PWR! Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery Certified. In addition to Parkinson’s Treatment, Heather enjoys helping people with chronic pain learn how to manage their pain and improve their function. With her background as a collegiate athlete, she also finds joy in helping people return to the sport they love.
When she is not treating in the clinic, Heather is a busy mom of two active children, a volunteer for Honor Flight Rochester, and was awarded their 2018 Colonel Woody Mench Volunteer of the Year! She also enjoys watching local sports teams like the Red Wings and Knighthawks and likes spending time in the 1000 Islands!
