John is board certified through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He holds certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)—and is certified as a Hip Preservation Rehabilitation Specialist through the Hospital for Special Surgery. John is also a certified Clinical Instructor (CI) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and works with PT students from programs throughout the state.

John is a native of Greece, NY, where he attended Greece Athena High School and has been inducted into the Greece Athena Athletic Hall of Fame and the Section Five Football Hall of Fame. Outside of the clinic, John enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife Amy and their four sons, who he coaches in multiple sports throughout the year.
