Mitchell is a 2020 graduate of Utica College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has had a variety of clinical experience through Upstate University Hospital working with neurological conditions, pediatrics and trauma. He also spent time at Physioworks in Venice, Florida with an emphasis on orthopedics. He has a special interest in optimizing recovery for athletes to ensure they can return to sport. Mitch emphasizes manual therapy in addition to exercise to expedite the healing process.
Outside of work, he has volunteered and assisted the Skaneateles wrestling team for 4 years as a former wrestler himself. His other hobbies include hiking, fishing, kayaking, and exploring waterfalls with his wife.
