Tiana F., MOT, OTR/L is a proud Western Massachusetts native, raised between Springfield and Chicopee. She completed an accelerated five-year program at Bay Path University in East Longmeadow, earning both her bachelor’s degree in Pre–Occupational Therapy Studies and her master’s degree in occupational therapy. With a background in dance, Tiana was drawn to occupational therapy for its creative and holistic approach.

Occupational therapy has foundational concepts in movement, body awareness, functional performance, and the integration of mental health with physical well-being. She is passionate about restoring independence and confidence in her patients by promoting functional gains and effectively managing a wide range of conditions. Tiana is beginning her professional career with MVPT and is enthusiastic about exploring individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches that are grounded in occupational therapy principles. When she isn’t in the clinic, Tiana is usually crafting, dancing, reading a good book, or at the beach!
