Thomas C., PTA, is a licensed physical therapist assistant and a certified personal trainer. He earned his associates degree from Bryant & Stratton College. Thomas has a passion for strength training and improving people’s health and fitness through physical movement. Prior to becoming a PTA, Thomas spent 10 years working as a certified personal trainer with the goal of helping clients move and feel better. After experiencing a significant knee injury and having to go to physical therapy himself, Thomas developed a passion for the rehab world and decided to pursue a career as a PTA.

Thomas brings with him to MVPT an extensive knowledge base of resistance exercises and experience working one on one with individuals with various backgrounds. In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, bowling, and going for nature walks. Feel free to talk sports with Thomas as he is a big sports fan who likes to follow the New York Mets, the Tennessee Titans, and Syracuse University sports.
