Lexi spent the majority of her childhood playing ice hockey and soccer. Due to the demanding nature of these sports, she suffered multiple concussions and musculoskeletal injuries. However, during this time she developed a passion for sports specific/return to sport rehabilitation and post concussion/dizziness rehabilitation. Since then, she has completed certifications for Graston Technique® (M1 Training) and Comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Lexi has grown up in WNY and is a dedicated Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan. In her spare time she enjoys going to football or hockey games with friends and family, baking, cycling, weight lifting, and running.
