Matthew graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from The State University of New York at Brockport before completing his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Daemen College. Throughout his education, he has gained valuable experience in providing care for a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and their resulting impairments. Matthew has a tremendous passion for helping people, and therefore, he uses the best evidence available in medicine to ensure his patients are receiving the best care possible. He combines his manual skills with specific therapeutic exercises to maximize patients’ results from physical therapy.
Matthew has begun advancing his orthopedic skill set by pursuing continuing education through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). He incorporates advanced training he has acquired in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM) into his treatment approach.
Outside of the clinic, Matthew enjoys a wide variety of activities that include playing guitar, playing golf and hockey, working out, and even baking. A native of Buffalo, NY, and growing up in the shadows of Ralph Wilson stadium, he is an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
