Jacob is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with an education from Herkimer College where he completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Strength and Flexibility Coach (NASM SFC). Jacob was born and raised in Northern Virginia where his family still resides. In high school, Jacob rowed crew all four years and coached crew after graduating for the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons before finally moving to Central New York.
He currently spends his free time mountain biking and skiing in and around the Adirondacks. He also enjoys spending time with his extended family, all of whom live in Central New York. When he is home, he enjoys cooking and reading as well.
