Lindsay Gerringer, MSPT, is a skilled physical therapist specializing in myofascial release techniques for the treatment of muscle tension dysphonia (MTD) and temporomandibular disorders (TMD). With extensive training in manual therapies, including Myofascial Seminar II and Myofascial Seminar for Throat and Neck, and in a multiple disciplinary environment with ENT/speech-language pathologist in treatment of these disorders. Lindsay empowers patients with self-massage techniques, breathing strategies for muscle relaxation, and posture correction to alleviate pain and muscle tension. Lindsay’s passion lies in merging traditional physical therapy with manual techniques to help patients with their pain and enhance well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Lindsay hails from Rush, NY, where she spent her formative years on a picturesque 6-acre property with a pond and apple orchard. Her love for the outdoors endures, as she enjoys visiting her parents on Keuka Lake and engaging in activities such as golf and beach volleyball with her husband. Her journey into physical therapy was inspired by personal experiences, including knee injuries from soccer and skiing, culminating in ACL reconstruction surgery. Lindsay earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on exercise science from SUNY Cortland (2005), cementing her commitment to helping others through physical therapy.
